i easily accessed the hotel from the autovia. the balcony view overlooking the golf course was lovely (it was a nice surprise!).
the spa was a little disappointing, as some elements was a bit tired.

The breakfast buffet was good. There was a great food selection. the infinity pool was great, i especially liked that. the staff were very friendly and always helpful.
the spa needed some improvements. some water features weren't working, and the showers weren't very hot.

the spa was disappointing. Some features were broken. The showers were cold and lacked shampoo. The general maintenance seemed poor, with carpets needing repair and missing room numbers.

the room had two water bottles, a lovely touch. the balcony overlooked the golf course, a wonderful view. check in was quick and easy. i also noticed its easy access from the autovia, a bonus.
the spa felt a little tired. i saw rusty elements and some missing tiles. it needs a good revamp.

breakfast selection was very good. there was many good and different options at the buffet service, a big plus. i appreciated the smooth traffic flow around the coffee machine, it avoids the morning rush.

staff everywhere seemed friendly and professional. the rooms receive cleaning every day, a detail i found wonderful. the meal service during breakfast and dinner worked with a buffet, which have good and different options.

i found the breakfast buffet had a great and varied selection. the room was a good size. though the corridors showed some wear, my twin room was clean and well-kept.
the wifi signal in my room was occasionally weak. i had trouble streaming videos!
