I loved the breakfast selection. The fresh fruit salad was divine. the staff was polite and helpful, especially with my terrible spanish. the room overlooked a nice park behind the hotel! it was a superior double room.
honestly, i had no major issues. maybe some minor things like wanting tea and coffee in the room, but nothing significant.

The location was good , very close to shopping and places to eat.
The air conditioning did not work properly in my Double or Twin Room , , made the room very stuffy and uncomfortable at night. I reported it , but nothing was fixed . This made it hard to sleep well.

The reception looked large and cute. I found the buffet breakfast was satisfying. I liked the gym on the 5th floor because it had air conditioning and TVs. The gym offered a water station and fresh towels.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay.
stale smellslow service
The room smelled stale upon arrival. I suspect previous guests smoked. The air conditioning was preset. It stayed at 23 degrees, even when it was much hotter outside. The bar service was also slow. I waited quite a while for a drink.

The staff was attentive and efficient. My room had a spacious layout and modern design. I found parking easily in the on-site facilities (it cost 24 euros per day).
The mini fridge in my room wasn't working properly.
