main shops clean room secure car park
The location had main shops nearby and easy access to attractions. the room was clean and cute. the car park was next door and felt safe. It offered good value.
the hotel did not have many facilities for a 4-star hotel! there was only a breakfast restaurant and the bar opened in the evening.

The front desk quickly found an available room and checked me in early. This allowed me to securely stow my bags and freshen up. I could explore for the rest of the day. The air conditioning worked perfectly.
I noticed a slight layer of dust on the mirror in the room.

the room was big and comfortable it had everything i needed i stayed for a festival so the location was perfect i found it so convenient. the staff were very helpful i had previously booked a different hotel only to discover it was wrongly located. it was a relief to find such accommodating service here. the breakfast had good options the coffee was strong and well made i always appreciate that.
i received a discount at a nearby public garage it was a short walk. the bathroom cleanliness could improve i saw some hairs on the floor it affected my comfort. i found a couple of cobwebs near the bathroom door that was a bit unsettling for me.

comfortable bed helpful staff
My room had a nice layout and a comfortable bed. Air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool. I appreciated the fast check-in and helpful staff at reception. Breakfast offered many choices, including fresh fruit.
The gym only had basic equipment, not ideal for a full workout.

message service small bottle
the what's app message service was useless. i asked for a restaurant to be booked and they read the message but didn't respond. i chased them up and they still didn't respond. only one very small bottle of water was available in a beautiful room for two guests. ordered two cocktails in the bar and they took over 20 minutes to be made. we were the only customers there.

main street secure parking helpful staff
The hotel is on the main street. All main shops are an easy walk. The hotel provided safe and secure parking next door for a discounted price. The staff was helpful and cute. My room was ready before check-in.
The air conditioning system did not go below 22 Celsius, about 72 Fahrenheit. This temperature was too warm for my liking.

Most staff spoke excellent english. Isabel stood out. She made us laugh. The staff provided us with ease when we were visiting family in the hospital. They made a stressful situation more bearable for us.

My room faced the busy street. I did not hear any noise at all. The in-room tea and coffee options were convenient. I could prepare hot drinks whenever I wanted.
