i found the breakfast selection fantastic! there was lots of choice to suit everyone. the hotel was clean and quiet too! the pool area was also nice.

My room was super small. There was no space to move beyond the bed. i had booked the room for my father. His birthday was on the day of arrival. i asked if something could be done for his arrival, but nothing happened.

The pool was an acceptable size and seemed secluded.

I found the breakfast on the first morning terrible. There was no hot food available at 9.45. The cold food was not very nice either. Coffee cups were unavailable and the bar had no clean ones.

the breakfast had a small variety for a hotel of its class i thought. i arrived one morning at 9:30 many options were gone replenishment was poor even though breakfast lasted until 10:30.

the food in the restaurant was very good. dinner had excellent food, also breakfast. the grounds had a beautiful swimming pool. it was well kept.

the safe wasnt working. the tv offered many channels, but the english channels didnt work at all. i think reception didnt speak much english, so sorting problems was quite a challenge.

The room was clean. The mini fridge was INCLUDED. I liked having a terrace to eat and drink on. The food selection was good and the service excellent.

The staff didn't seem too engaged. One person smiled when checking the sewage issue. I think nobody apologised or offered concern or a refund! I have lung conditions, so this was not acceptable.

the room had good air con. also, the bathroom was new. i found some english tv channels too.

the pool did not have good access. it was down a grass slope to leaf covered steps. the steps were slippy. there was no information in rooms about anything.
