Uneven experience, some issues noted

The staff did not explain how to use the pool. They also did not explain breakfast procedures to me upon check-in. This meant i had to find this information myself. I also observed employees behaving uncomfortably around native speakers (i found that disrespectful).

this hotel offer many things i love it i tell you! the breakfast is amazing, with such a awesome food selection i wish i had another day just to keep eating! i liked the onsite restaurant and café, so handy. the bedroom and bathroom were big, and water pressure, perfect!
the front manager didnt really apologize about service issues. they were very slow to answer my messages on the app, and my name was wrong on the tv the whole time. also, there no anniversary card. a birthday cake came but that's not exactly what i wanted.

the nice pool and garden area were perfect after shopping. organization of car pick up and drop off went smoothly and easy. i really enjoyed the hotel amenities and found them totally adequate.

I found the staff very friendly. They provided prompt service. The pool was large and well kept, i swam several laps daily. The grounds are immaculate, a welcome respite from the city.
I noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom. There were some tiles that needed repair.

i experienced delayed service after ordering breakfast via the app (i ordered through the app because nobody explained the service, so i had to figure it out myself). the order status remained pending for an hour. i eventually received my food after a follow-up call to the front desk.
