premier room mini kitchenette complimentary drinks
the room was a premier room and it had a mini kitchenette, convenient. complimentary drinks and snacks were a nice touch upon arrival. the hotel provides drinking water , a thoughtful detail.
the lifts were sometimes difficult to press.

lovely hotel!
easy check-in friendly staff clean room
i thought the hotel was the best part of my trip. check-in and check-out was very easy. the staff was so friendly and they helped with everything i needed. my room was clean and it had all the things i needed, like nice furniture for a restful sleep. i love how easy it is to get to many restaurants close by.
the air conditioning was kinda hard to turn off. i felt a little cold, even with the fan.

fantastic boutique gem!
friendly staff free popcorn spacious room
This boutique hotel had a clean, modern style. the staff were super friendly and warm. They went out of their way to be kind and helpful, right from the start. i could even book excursions from the hotel which was a great surprise. free popcorn and drinks upon arrival.!!
I found a very slight cigarette smell in my spacious room sometimes. I find this can occur in hotels across asia, even when non-smoking.

The hotel boasts a very quiet roof terrace and pool on the top floor alongside a lounge. this lounge features children's games and even a nintendo. It also serves free hot drinks and snacks in the afternoons.

The rooms are designed well. my room was spacious and tastefully furnished. my room included a mini kitchen. This was very convenient. there's even a washing machine and dryer available for use!!!

This hotel is on a quiet street. it is just off sukhumvit road, very convenient. it is close to the train and a 7-eleven is literally down the road. This makes accessing necessities easy.

convenient location friendly staff perfect retreat
the hotel's location near the thong lo bts station made city access easy the staff was helpful and friendly throughout my stay the room was a perfect retreat after a long day i appreciated the quiet environment.
the gym was a bit small with limited equipment.

Stylish Stay Close to BTS
quiet area helpful staff
I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially regarding local transportation. The location is near the BTS station, so it's easy to get around. My room had everything I needed including a simple kitchen. The hotel is in a VERY quiet area.
The pillow was super soft, even when I asked for a hard pillow. My bathroom floor drain was bad. It would flood when I bathed. It took a long time for the water to empty.

The breakfast focused on Asian cuisine, which I enjoyed. The selection included pastries, toast, and fabulous fresh fruit, and salad. GOOD coffee was also available each morning.

Really good Stay in Thonglor
comfortable bed electronic toilet huge fridge
The room featured a huge fridge and a microwave. This allowed for economical meal options. A fully electronic japanese toilet was in the bathroom. It operated perfectly. The bed was super comfortable.
The checkout process involved an unexpected charge for a minor stain on a bedsheet. The handling of this situation felt somewhat uncomfortable.

The staff provided thai traditional costumes to wear and photograph in decorated areas. May and Mai were particularly friendly and patient. They assisted guests with dressing up for photos. Their help enhanced the experience and cultural immersion.

The hotel is a short walk from the MRT station, providing easy access to the city. Malls, various restaurants and massage options are also close. I found the location convenient for exploring the area.

The location is convenient. It is close to the sky train.
