Really good Staff and Great Location
really good staff birthday wishes convenient location nearby shopping
The staff was really good. I received a birthday wishes sent to my room. The hotel location is very convenient. I could walk to the BTS, a rooftop bar, and shopping areas.
The food prices felt quite high for a hotel of this standard. I also noticed that the prices included a service charge and tax.

I found the staff attentive. Their help really improved my stay. the breakfast offered an excellent variety of options and flavorful dishes. the hotel is clean, which i valued and appreciated after a long day.

Amazing Stay, Highly Recommended!

The room was spacious. The staff were friendly. They helped organize trips. The hotel offered a room upgrade and late check-out at no cost. Ms. Prissy assisted with planning in the area. Her help was very valuable!
The exterior looks like a drab office building. The partial lighting made a poor first impression. The hotel entrance feels like a normal building rather than a 5-star hotel. It's not luxurious like other area hotels.

The staff was very helpful. They assisted with travel arrangements. The reception area offered coffee and snacks around the clock. Ms. Prissy provided great tips and assisted with restaurant reservations. I am really satisfied!

The room had no unpleasant smells. High-floor requests got fulfilled. The hotel provided feather and latex pillows upon request. Every need was met. The soundproofing worked, and the room felt spacious with high ceilings.

The room size was good with a separate living area. The bathroom offered a tub and a big shower. Breakfast had freshly cooked eggs prepared per request. The staff demonstrated really good friendliness and helpfulness .
The hotel exterior presents an aging office building appearance with partially lit signage.
