The staff was really good. I received a birthday wishes sent to my room. The hotel location is very convenient. I could walk to the BTS, a rooftop bar, and shopping areas.
The food prices felt quite high for a hotel of this standard. I also noticed that the prices included a service charge and tax.

The room was spacious. The staff were friendly. They helped organize trips. The hotel offered a room upgrade and late check-out at no cost. Ms. Prissy assisted with planning in the area. Her help was very valuable!
The exterior looks like a drab office building. The partial lighting made a poor first impression. The hotel entrance feels like a normal building rather than a 5-star hotel. It's not luxurious like other area hotels.
