spacious suite updated facilities tuk-tuk service
THE room was a spacious grande corner suite, and it was clean. The gym had updated facilities. I saw several treadmills and free weights. I also found the free tuk-tuk service to the nearby BTS station VERY convenient!
The hotel food menu lacked variety.

delicious options amazing staff poor service long wait
the breakfast had a lot of delicious options, this is great for all types of guests. the staff was amazing and i don't have enough words to describe how much i appreciate them. they even arranged tickets for me to watch muay thai boxing at the national arena at a short notice. the hotel shuttle bus is also great to go to the local metro line.
service around the pool was surprisingly poor. it was hard to find someone to take an order, and food took over 30 minutes to arrive.

fantastic view automatic toilet free snacks limited equipment uninviting restaurant missing bar
My room had a fantastic view. The automatic toilet was a nice amenity. They also give free snacks in the room.
The gym had a big area, yet not much equipment. The restaurant did look uninviting. There was no bar, not even near the pool.

decent but lacking some aspects
alcohol policy disappointing curry
the location was good with a free shuttle to the bts station.
The hotel is dry. No alcohol is served anywhere on the premises. this was a disappointment, especially as it wasn't disclosed before my arrival. i ended up ordering a green curry from room service, but it wasn't great (i've had much better elsewhere).

fair hotel experience
helpful shuttle metro line small gym limited equipment
i stayed for a few nights and liked the provided shuttle. it was REALLY helpful for getting to the local metro line. the breakfast had many options, including choices for all types of guests.
The gym wasn't excellent. I thought it was small. if the gym was busy, it would be a disappointment, as most of the equipment would be utilized. i asked to extend my stay by a day, staff just pointed me to bookings.com.

shuttle service friendly staff easy access small suite uncomfortable couch ill considered design
the location is great. Free shuttle between hotel and BTS thong lo makes it easier to move about. the room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. the staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful.
the corner suite IS small yet manages to echo due to ill considered interior design. the pleather couch is cheap and uncomfortable to sit on. there is a thin ceramic ledge above the bed, it is perfectly positioned to bang your head.
