convenient location friendly staffs nearby malls running water night noise refund issue

i found the location convenient with malls and a night market nearby. a 7-eleven at the hotel provided great convenience. the staff seemed friendly especially to kids.

i noticed a strong noise of running water from inside the wall during the night. i contacted the hotel, and i sent a video but they did not offer a refund. i felt service was lacking, especially at night.

wow, what a find!

convenient location friendly staff condo-like room

this location rocks, like, central rama 9 and jodd fair are so close. the staff is super friendly, seriously! my room felt just like a condo. it has kitchen, a dining area, living room, workspace, and even a washing machine. they even have a gym with a muay thai yoga space. rooftop pool? amazing views!

the wifi not so good! my daughter's guest came, and the receptionist only called once. the room phone no ringing. we had to sleep hungry the first night. i think they need someone to handle the small problems.

the hotel is super close to central rama 9 plaza mall and lotus shopping centre. it's also near the mrt station, so getting around is easy. jodd fair night market is steps away. this spot is perfect for exploring!
