The location is convenient. I could easily WALK to Terminal 21. The breakfast included many options and the staff was friendly. The hotel also had a large pool.
The air conditioning in my room was a LITTLE noisy.

I found the staff very helpful! they answered all my questions and always greeted me with a smile. i was able to easily access nearby malls and transportation hubs, and the gym had updated equipment. I even enjoyed working out there. the hotel provided a smooth experience overall. It met all my expectations

The room featured a modern sink setup. Initially, it felt odd because i wasn't sure where to keep my things, but i adjusted quickly. it was spacious and airy, this.

The concierge team, including alex, jack, totti, and n'pee, was really good. They provided quick, helpful service! they assisted me with directions and other travel arrangements, i didn't have to worry about a thing.

Breakfast offered a large variety of food. The coffee was also good, which started my days off right. the gym facilities included treadmills and stationary bikes, i found this very convenient.

The hotel is near the phrom phon train station. Emporium mall is also nearby! this made travel and shopping very easy, i was able to see a lot of the city.

the staff was always polite and helpful. the room was well cleaned every day. the breakfast offered a very nice selection, including a variety of options (i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit!).
the air conditioning unit was quite loud, which sometimes made it difficult to sleep comfortably. this was the only minor inconvenience i experienced .

the staff consistently opened doors and responded quickly to requests. charlie was always ready to assist with any needs. suwit ensured fresh towels and toiletries were provided daily for my convenience.

the gym included multiple machines (three treadmills and two bikes). the pool area was clean and well-kept. the hotel offered easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and transport options.

nice designcomfy bedhuge variety
The room had a REALLY nice design. The bed felt VERY comfy! I also liked the bathroom, even though the washbasin location felt strange. Breakfast was very nice with a HUGE variety.
The traffic outside was QUITE noisy.
