A very positive stay

friendly staff complimentary snacks
I appreciate the complimentary snacks. They are in the room. The drinks are a plus. I like the fact the location is great for visiting temples. The staff are very nice.

poor manager behavior unavailable bellboy
I found some aspects disappointing. The manager's behavior was poor during a dispute. He said he didn't care about the review, seeming very arrogant. no bellboy was available at checkout to help with luggage. We had to carry everything ourselves, inconvenient.

mixed experience. some issues noted

The pool area was quite disappointing. It felt cramped and lacked sunlight. i also found the staff a bit unhelpful when seeking recommendations for local attractions. Their english wasn't great, it was hard to get detailed information.

A nice stay

spacious room comfortable beds friendly staff
The room was spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast included a diverse selection of Western and Thai options prepared to order. The restaurant staff were very friendly and the dinner curries tasted delicious.
During my visit, i noticed towels lacked quality and did not meet the standards expected of a five-star hotel.

wonderful stay!

clean room spacious suite helpful staff great breakfast
i enjoyed my time here. the room was very clean. i had a suite, and it was quite spacious (it had a separate living area!). the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). the staff were always ready to help.
the only minor issue was the pool's location. it felt a bit squeezed between buildings, but it was still refreshing after a day out.

the breakfast options were pretty standard nothing to complain about there
the air conditioning unit was loud it was hard to sleep even with earplugs i don't understand why they don't invest in quieter models it disrupted my sleep significantly

Could you guide me on the best route to reach the hotel from Suvarnabhumi Airport using the Skytrain and MRT?

Take the airport rail link from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Makkasan City Air Terminal. From there, transfer to the MRT at Phetchaburi station on the blue line and travel to Sam Yot. After exiting, head out from gate number 1 and walk about 300 meters to reach the hotel.
