I found some aspects disappointing. The manager's behavior was poor during a dispute. He said he didn't care about the review, seeming very arrogant. no bellboy was available at checkout to help with luggage. We had to carry everything ourselves, inconvenient.

The pool area was quite disappointing. It felt cramped and lacked sunlight. i also found the staff a bit unhelpful when seeking recommendations for local attractions. Their english wasn't great, it was hard to get detailed information.

The room was spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast included a diverse selection of Western and Thai options prepared to order. The restaurant staff were very friendly and the dinner curries tasted delicious.

During my visit, i noticed towels lacked quality and did not meet the standards expected of a five-star hotel.

i enjoyed my time here. the room was very clean. i had a suite, and it was quite spacious (it had a separate living area!). the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). the staff were always ready to help.

the only minor issue was the pool's location. it felt a bit squeezed between buildings, but it was still refreshing after a day out.
