friendly staff easy tours affordable car

i found the hotel staff friendly. they helped organize tours and tickets very easily. a private car tour was simple to arrange and cheaper than other agents offered. i felt no request was too difficult for any of the staff to fulfill.

the room lacked soundproofing, making it noisy at times.

fine architecture perfect location tasty breakfast

The architecture was very nice, and our room was spacious. the location was perfect, and the breakfast offered tasty options. the staff elevated the experience. The reception team gave really good service. i loved the lovely lady who led the cooking workshop. She ensured i had plenty of coffee every morning after breakfast.

i found only one bath towel and one beach towel per person. i had to insist about getting a face towel and a hand towel. the hotel charged us for a stain on a towel at checkout. i would expect this to be part of operational costs.
