The rooms were quite spacious. This was appreciated.
I was disappointed with the breakfast offerings. The selection seemed limited. the pool closed too early in the evening. I could not use it after returning from my daily outings. The early closure was definitely inconvenient and reduced my relaxation time.

I found the noise insulation insufficient. sounds from adjacent rooms carried easily. the minibar pricing also seemed excessive. The cost of items did not align with local market rates. i consider this a significant discrepancy.

I found the staff helpful. They accommodated my needs. the breakfast included with the room had an excellent buffet. the restaurant by the pool served very good food for lunch. the resort itself felt very relaxing!
i noticed the bathrooms lacked shower curtains, which caused messy floors, unfortunately.

the staff was always willing to assist with any requests. a delicious breakfast buffet was included, with a good range of thai food. the laundry option was quite convenient, as i needed a refresh before heading to my next destination.
i found the soundproofing to be somewhat lacking, especially since sounds from the courtyard echoed into the room.

I found the staff quite friendly and accommodating. They willingly stored our luggage after checkout because of a late departure. the rooms have efficient air conditioning, which i found beneficial given the hot weather.
i noted some noise from airplanes taking off (beginning early) and from adjacent rooms.

the team was eager to ensure all needs were met . airport transfers were seamless. breakfast offered plenty of choice.
The room lacked proper soundproofing. I experienced considerable noise from adjacent rooms. this was disruptive, especially during early mornings.
