fantastic stay
attentive staff daily cleaning strong aircon
I found the staff attentive. Their daily cleaning efforts were amazing. the hotel offered a reasonable price considering the high level of service i received. i was especially pleased with the modern and well kept rooms, alongside the consistently strong air conditioning.
the gym lacked towels, which i found quite inconvenient during my workouts.

The hotel has direct access to the night bazaar. It avoids the bazaar's congestion. its quietness is a welcome contrast. the staff demonstrates excellent friendliness.

the family playroom provided excellent entertainment for my three children. the availability of both a kids' pool and an adult pool was a definite plus. the hotel also offers a large parking area.

i found the service to be good. the staff consistently provided help and were cute. the concierge desk proved very helpful and friendly whenever i needed assistance.

Breakfast was plentiful. A good variety of food met my dietary needs. staff were attentive and readily available to fulfill requests. i could easily avoid busy times.

my room was spacious and tastefully decorated. the bed proved very comfortable. water was provided daily in the room. chocolates were placed by the bed each night, a nice touch.

crowded breakfast high noise
the location was acceptable. it was near the night market.
the breakfast area felt too crowded, it was crazy. i had difficulty finding a seat, and the noise level was quite high. the buffet setup seemed chaotic too.

great location night market proximity clean room spacious room nice staff limited hours rooftop bar loud restaurant huge restaurant chinese guests european guests
the location worked out great! it was super close to the night market. i really liked how clean and spacious my room was. the staff were nice too!
i found a few things less than ideal. the rooftop bar's hours seemed limited, and it was hard to find a spot without a reservation! the breakfast restaurant was so loud and huge. it felt very focused on chinese guests, not europeans.
