cool flannels mosquito net nice restaurant
The check-in process went quickly. I accepted offered drinks and cool flannels. I appreciated the staff asking about a mosquito net over the bed, and they installed it fast. Breakfast had many choices, I ate it in the restaurant overlooking the pool.
The sun lounger cushions need changing as they look very grubby.

Authentic Local Experience

The staff ensured all guests felt comfortable and experienced local culture. They booked taxis. The hotel offered complimentary guided local tours. I found this a great experience. Breakfast was fantastic with a lovely restaurant. I chose the restaurant most mornings because of this.

The breakfast buffet had a pretty good selection and variety. The restaurant also offered many vegetarian options. I particularly enjoyed the tofu curry, which I found delicious. The food quality was very high.

Staff members were attentive and polite, and they were helpful when needed. The staff booked taxis and escorted guests to them, this made traveling easier. The staff are interested in a guest's well being, I appreciated this.

The room had traditional look and was spacious. I found plenty of bottled water and towels in the room. A comfy bed was also a welcome addition. The rooms were cleaned daily with care.
