attentive staff modern comfort
the receptionist khanh was professional and cute throughout my visit.
the towel service was somewhat limited i received only one towel per person this was a minor inconvenience for a longer stay the hotel could consider providing additional towels for enhanced comfort.

my room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower the room was big and very quiet which allowed for a comfortable stay each day the climate control system worked efficiently maintaining a cool temperature.

Excellent hotel near the beach
private beach helpful staff clean room excellent breakfast
I enjoyed its location near the beach, it was very easy to cross the street. The hotel provides a private beach area and staff is always ready to support you with anything you need. The staff was very helpful and kind , especially Ms Van, Ms Chau and Mr Vinh. Breakfast had excellent options, and the room was always clean and tidy.
The front desk service i received was not the best and the rooms isolation of noise was not great.

The hotel features a clean pool area and i see a space near the pool that allows guests to socialize. The hotel also offers free beach access which is very convenient. The building was very well maintained.

Staff members respond quickly when you need assistance and address any concerns. The reception team is very kind and ready to assist with any questions. The staff help you solve any issue encountered.

wide selection excellent service short walk
my room had a safe, which i used. breakfast included a wide selection of fruits and hot dishes. the hotel is located conveniently near the beach, a short walk away. the staff, especially mr huy, offered excellent service.
the alley leading to the hotel is quite narrow.

mixed experience due to noise and limited views
constant noise partial view
I booked a suite, it was right next to the pool on the 27th floor. above was a patio. all day and night i heard children screaming and chairs being dragged from 5 am to past midnight. The staff did nothing about it. the ocean view was only partial because another building blocked most of it.
