i really enjoyed my stay. the food at the peppertree restaurant was so yum! the hotel has a beautiful veranda, and i could hear the waves from there. the staff are also so friendly.

the beach was very average. the rooms felt dated, and the bathrooms need a update. also, the room wasnt serviced until late afternoon most days, wich was kind of annoying.

the welcome drink was a lovely touch upon arrival. i stayed in an ocean villa with a double bed. the daily yoga sessions were a great way to start the morning. the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay.

the beach directly in front of the hotel was not excellent. multiple automated communications became somewhat overwhelming. the room was not serviced until late afternoon on several days , which was inconvenient.

I was a bit disappointed with a few things. the room service was inconsistent. Our room wasn't cleaned until late in the afternoon most days, inconvenient. also, the live music at the bar wasn't really to my taste and felt a bit too loud at times. it kind of detracted from the otherwise peaceful atmosphere i was hoping for.
