charmed stay in convenient location

i booked a stay and found the room clean with a great view facing the lake garden i found the hotel location quite convenient too i liked that it was smack in the middle of town i also found moving around very easy from the hotel.

the television channels were slightly unsatisfying.

the hotel is connected to a shopping mall which is quite handy a rooftop bar provides good city views parking is available though it is located on the higher levels of the building.

the front desk staff were polite and professional during check-in and check-out breakfast had a supervb selection i found the room service to be prompt and efficient overall i experienced good service throughout my stay.

the room service was alright, nothing special but acceptable.

The check-in took ages. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge me. the receptionist didn't smile and seemed bothered. i felt quite unwelcome and the whole process was slow.

the room was very clean and i appreciate that. the breakfast had many choices for every taste. location is really nice because its near everything. i like the fast elevators.

my check-in took a long time, maybe fifteen minutes. there wasnt any body lotion provided in the washroom, what a pity. the sanitary bag were small to contain personal care items.
