dated furnishings cockroach sighting

the location was great as expected. the staff were polite.

my room did not feel like a true five-star experience. the furnishings felt dated and showed wear. i noticed tears in the wallpaper and a cracked armrest on the desk chair. also, i found a cockroach in the room, a very unpleasant surprise.

cockroach infestation insufficient breakfast

The staff were helpful. Pim at reception allowed an earlier check-in. this was acceptable.

i found cockroaches in three rooms during the first night. the hotel promised a deep clean, but more cockroaches was. it's unacceptable to find cockroaches, especially on the bed. the breakfast buffet lacked variety too.

fresh fruit clean room

the made-to-order omelette at breakfast was a highlight.. fresh fruits were also plentiful. rooms were clean, and i slept well on the couch.

the pool area is quite small and only has five sunbeds.
