The hotel has a bar area, but it was a bit dark and moody for my taste. I didn't feel comfortable in it. the same area is used for breakfast. Ordered items arrived at different times for my group of six, a bit disappointing.

early housekeepingtravel adaptors
The hotel did not provide travel adaptors. I had to purchase one for $35. The housekeeping staff required notification before 3 p.m. (very early). They slipped letters under the door daily. I found this inconvenient. It is not the case at many premium properties.

The hotel rooms feature convenient controls for lighting and shades. I found this very helpful. The guest service was really good. The staff were attentive. Housekeeping kept my room super clean, and I appreciated the daily tidiness.
The front entrance is located on a back street. It felt less grand than expected, especially given the overall quality of the hotel.

The gym was pretty good with a variety of equipment.
The main entrance felt a bit off. It's located on a back street. I found that prioritizing the bar entrance over the hotel entrance created an awkward arrival experience (it felt a bit secondary). I also noticed that the room lighting was quite dim, so it was hard to see things clearly.
