the bathroom featured two separate sinks. a rainfall shower WAS AMAZING, too!

convenient but with some drawbacks

clean room spacious room great location dim lighting tired table limited choice

I stayed one night after a whistler visit because i had an early flight. The location was great. the room felt very clean and spacious. i could see the planes at the gate from my room.

The room lighting was dim, even with all lights on. It made packing difficult. the jetside bar tables seemed battered and tired. the fairmont gold lounge breakfast choices was limited and unmemorable.

convenient location early morning departure rainfall shower missing items hotel facilities breakfast option

The location is convenient. It is directly accessible from the airport terminal.. This made our early morning departure very easy. The room included nice amenities. I enjoyed the rainfall shower in particular.

The minibar was not fully stocked. I found a couple of items were missing. The staff member who checked me in did not explain hotel facilities.

blackout curtains comfortable bed coffee maker

My room had blackout curtains. It really blocked all light. The bed was comfortable and firm. I also used the in-room coffee maker.

The ice machine on my floor was out of service.

convenient tram cheaper options separate shower

the public tram was very convenient to get around , allowing easy access to the surrounding area. i found it quite helpful to eat in the airport as it offered cheaper options than the onsite diner. the room included a bathtub and a separate shower , which i appreciated.

i noticed the hotel ran out of water and it was not offered to me while in line.
