prime location spacious room helpful staff

the hotel's location is prime (it is very convenient to get around). the room was spacious and well-appointed. the staff were consistently helpful and professional, addressing all my needs efficiently.

the minibar pricing felt a bit steep, which could deter casual use.

the king bed was very comfortable. the hotel provided l'occitaine toiletries (i loved those!). the hotel also had a michelin recommended restaurant, which i tried for dinner.

the minibar was not working properly. some items i didn't consume looked on my bill on the tv, i had to make calls to fix this issue.

the hotel is in an excellent location. it was easy to walk to many places from there.

I was disappointed with some cleanliness issues. i found a stain on the mattress in my room. the pool water was also cloudy. It did not look very inviting (i usually enjoy swimming).

Classy and Comfortable Experience

perfect location walkable area great staff great views

The location is perfect. I could easily walk to many places. The IGA Market around the corner proved very convenient. The staff provided great service. The cleanliness was superb I had great views from the room.

The check-in process was unusually long. It took more time than I expected. my stay was fantastic.

Underwhelming Stay Despite Good Location

The location proved convenient for accessing various parts of town.

The room I received felt quite dated. There were stains on the carpet, and the furniture showed significant wear and tear. the promised city view was largely obstructed by another building.

the location was perfect for my needs. robson street was very close by. the staff were also very helpful and friendly. i appreciated this a lot.

i didn't like the money orientation. breakfast was not included despite the price (i really wanted to have breakfast). the minibar had issues. it charged me for items i didn't consume.

the staff was great and I liked the coffee bar.

room service sucked because I asked for glasses for wine but the rude lady said there's a five dollar charge and she hung up so I will not go back.
