My room was quite comfortable and clean. The housekeeping staff did a good job maintaining it. I visited the rooftop beehives and gardens at the hotel. I found it both interesting and entertaining. The location allows easy walks to Gastown and the waterfront.

I stayed at this hotel for several days and found a few issues. Check-in was not available exactly at the stated time. Room service forgot my order one morning. This was inconvenient because I had other plans.
