simple and well located
clean space excellent reception great location
my room was as described. it included a clean space. our shuttle for the rocky mountaineer picked us up right from the lobby. customer service was excellent at reception. i was centrally located to downtown.
the room was freezing. turning the thermostat up to its maximum had no effect at all. i had to wear my coat inside. it was a miserable experience.

dinner was nice. breakfast was nice too. the restaurant looked nice. i did not eat in it. the morning buffet was a separate cost.

location is convenient to downtown. we walked to the cruise ship terminal with ease in the morning. it is centrally located. the hotel is very well located. it is close to concert venue.

the conceirge staff were great. they helped with getting around the area. customer service was excellent. staff was fantastic. the personnel is attentive. the hotel kindly allowed me to store my larger suitcase there.

plush bathrobes daily water quality linens comfortable bed
The room included two plush bathrobes and slippers. A coffee maker was available with a selection of coffee and tea. I found bottled water provided daily. It was a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable. It had quality linens.
The elevators were a bit slow. I often waited a few minutes.

The concierge assisted with directions to local attractions. The process was efficient. Housekeeping restocked toiletries daily. I appreciated that. The front desk staff was available 24/7, providing assistance as needed.

Really good Amenities and Location
spacious pool area quick check-in selection of free weights
The gym included three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights. I found the swimming pool area quite spacious. It accommodated about twenty loungers and featured a shaded section. I appreciated the quick check-in process, it took less than five minutes.

Staff offered complimentary dining credit because the room was unavailable at the designated check-in time. They provided assistance quickly to resolve heating issues that happened in the room.
