simple and well located

clean space excellent reception great location
my room was as described. it included a clean space. our shuttle for the rocky mountaineer picked us up right from the lobby. customer service was excellent at reception. i was centrally located to downtown.
the room was freezing. turning the thermostat up to its maximum had no effect at all. i had to wear my coat inside. it was a miserable experience.

The room included two plush bathrobes and slippers. A coffee maker was available with a selection of coffee and tea. I found bottled water provided daily. It was a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable. It had quality linens.
The elevators were a bit slow. I often waited a few minutes.

Really good Amenities and Location

spacious pool area quick check-in selection of free weights
The gym included three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights. I found the swimming pool area quite spacious. It accommodated about twenty loungers and featured a shaded section. I appreciated the quick check-in process, it took less than five minutes.
