the hotel location was great. it was close to many restaurants and shops. the room had blackout curtains and they worked well. the bed was comfortable and i slept soundly.

the bathroom looked dated. the shower pressure was weak. there was no complimentary water in the room, which i found unusual for a hotel of this caliber.

the hotel's location was special. the sky train station provided easy access to the airport, a very convenient detail. the staff showed kindness, especially when i needed directions to nearby shops. a rexall drug store on the ground floor proved very useful for picking up essentials.

during my stay, i found that the windows needed better cleaning. the sunshine streaming in highlighted dust, a little distraction from the overall magic.

The hotel's location allowed convenient access to many attractions. There were many restaurants a short walk from the hotel. The SkyTrain station was conveniently next to the building.

The room's refrigerator did not function. Staff did not offer helpful information on restaurants within the hotel. The credit card hold removal was not done correctly upon checkout. Email attempts to notify them indicated it would be rectified but it wasn't, and my bank informed me of 1 month hold expiry.
