easy parking convenient starbucks clean rooms

The hotel location is superb, with access to many restaurants and shops!!! The Starbucks in the lobby was very convenient. I found parking easy to access. The rooms were clean.

The elevators seemed a bit slow at times.

a sweet escape

ideal location easy access helpful staff

the hotel's location was special. the sky train station provided easy access to the airport, a very convenient detail. the staff showed kindness, especially when i needed directions to nearby shops. a rexall drug store on the ground floor proved very useful for picking up essentials.

during my stay, i found that the windows needed better cleaning. the sunshine streaming in highlighted dust, a little distraction from the overall magic.

the breakfast buffet provided a beautiful start to the day. the variety was abundant, filled with fresh fruit and tasty pastries. attentive staff ensured every need was met.

Adequate Stay Downtown

convenient location close proximity room refrigerator incorrect removal

The hotel's location allowed convenient access to many attractions. There were many restaurants a short walk from the hotel. The SkyTrain station was conveniently next to the building.

The room's refrigerator did not function. Staff did not offer helpful information on restaurants within the hotel. The credit card hold removal was not done correctly upon checkout. Email attempts to notify them indicated it would be rectified but it wasn't, and my bank informed me of 1 month hold expiry.
