excellent amenities and service

helpful staff comfortable bed convenient parking

the staff were very helpful and friendly. the bed was very comfortable, we slept well. i found the shower to be very good, with great pressure. valet parking was available per night, i considered that convenient. they promptly retrieved the car whenever i needed it.

i noticed the room lacked a dyson hairdryer, despite hotel advertising showing it.

My beautiful king room balcony included nespresso. It was very convenient. the bed had a comfortable level of firmness for sleeping. a spacious shower room offered great comfort after a long day.

many restaurants surrounded the area. the hotel's proximity to major attractions allowed convenient exploration. easy access to the cruise port.

the staff demonstrated helpfulness and friendliness throughout the stay. valet parking ensured car access was quick and simple. the hotel staff upgraded me to a suite. that was very nice.

furnished room unique touch noisy lift noisy fridge

The room was spacious and beautifully furnished. Complimentary chocolates and lavender spray for pillows were delivered each evening around 5:30 PM, a unique touch. This level of service is rare in hotels now.

I requested a quiet room, BUT I was located next to the lift. This was particularly noisy during the second night of my stay. The air conditioning and fridge were also very NOISY.
