The check-in process took an unreasonably long time (about 20 minutes) because only one staff member was available and busy on the phone. The rooms appear quite dated and tired. While they may have been nice in the past, now they are merely functional (the TV remote barely worked).

The room was quite large. It included a hot shower, which I certainly appreciated. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool (a real plus!). The breakfast buffet offered many choices.

The hairdryer was quite basic.

The room was spacious and very clean. The rooftop pool provided great views (a definite plus!).

Check-in was slow. I waited about 20 minutes because the staff member was on the phone. The rooms felt quite dated. They could use some updating. The hairdryer was also very basic and not effective.

The bathroom was quite small and felt cramped. It had a strange layout. also, the air conditioning unit was very loud, it made sleeping difficult. finally, the breakfast selection was not great. The coffee was terrible.
