fantastic stay with great service

the pools were relaxing (i particularly enjoyed the thermal pool). i found a sunbed overlooking the lake. breakfast included a lovely selection and i ate it on the terrace. i had a lake view room with a well-equipped balcony.
the electric gate required getting in and out of the car. this was annoying upon both entry and exit. this was inconvenient, especially when it rained.

staff members were friendly and helpful. they were eager to ensure my stay was lovely. everyone on the reception desk provided excellent service.

The room was too small. There wasn't even space for my suitcase. the view was directly into the car park, not ideal. the electric gate was a nuisance. I had to get out of the car to open it every time.

The location was perfect. Staff members, especially Francesca and Geraldo, were attentive. Our suite was well-kept with timely daily cleaning.
I noticed a slight sulfur smell in certain areas due to the thermal pools.

i had the best time here! super nice team, and i appreciate the quick service. breakfast had a wonderful selection of food, especially the fresh fruit. parking on-site was so easy, i always found a spot for my car. the location was perfect, i could easily walk to local shops!
the gym could use a bit more space, it felt a little cramped, even though the equipment was fine.

the hotel is near the historic center so it's so great for exploring. lots of restaurants and shops are close by. it took me about 10 minutes to stroll to the main attractions.
