glass showers turn down service cold staff limited english

the rooms were perfect. i particularly loved the glass showers and the bathrooms. i found the turn down service to be a nice plus.

the staff seemed cold and standoffish. communication was a struggle for me due to limited english.

stylish stay with amazing city views

city skyline metro access professional staff

The beautiful king room non-smoking offered amazing views from its large windows. I could see the city skyline, it was lovely. the location was convenient. I found the metro station nearby, allowing quick access to various attractions. the staff was professional. They assisted me with directions and recommendations. the hotel bar had a modern décor and great views.

The hallways had worn carpets. I noticed some stains and smudges, giving a less than pristine impression.
