the location is really great. it is close to ueno station. the street was very quiet at night, so i could relax. i enjoyed that the staff helped me arrange baggage transfer to my next spot..

the hotel did not give me a refund for a breakfast i could not use. they only gave a credit note. the eco clean was just a tucking of the sheets.. there was no cleaning at all. also, the gluten-free options at breakfast were confusing.

The breakfast was delicious. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and the variety of fruits available. The room included a Bluetooth speaker, perfect for some background music (I love that!). The staff was helpful and friendly. They assisted me with directions and recommendations for local restaurants.

The mattress was too firm for my liking. I woke up with a bit of back pain each morning because of it. The room service menu was limited. I wish there were more options for late-night snacks. I also noticed some dust in the corners of the room when I checked in, a bit disappointing.

the breakfast situation was a bit of a mess. i pre-paid, but i left early and wanted a refund, but they only offered a partial credit note. also, their gluten-free options are questionable, to say the least (the gluten-free eggs benedict made me chuckle, i must admit). the eco-clean they do is a very light tidying more than an actual clean.
