river view roomy space nespresso machine loud alarm alarm feature previous guest

i really liked that my room faced the river! watching boats pass at night was so peaceful. the room felt spacious. i also really appreciated having a nespresso machine right there!

the alarm built into the bed went off super loud at 5am. it woke me up unexpectedly and unpleasantly. i think it was set by previous guests and not deactivated. we did not know about this feature at all!

rooftop areas comfortable rooms small room hard bed

The rooftop areas offered wonderful views of the city! The rooms were SO comfortable. The location was very close to the station and just two stops from Akihabara.

My room was small. It also had an unnecessary table. The bed was hard, and there were too many lights I could not turn off. I ended up facing the wall in the end.

the staff are very nice. they are also helpful. the location is also handy to public transport. walking distance is great.

cupboard drawers did not have enough space for clothes. this is inadequate for longer stays. tv has no english channels. there is no reception lounge area.

sufficient space safe hand

The hotel room had sufficient space for luggage. I found the location quite close to JR and restaurants. The staff was the best. They helped us in an emergency. We felt we were in safe hands.

Breakfast was uninspiring and repetitive for the price paid.

repetitive breakfast inadequate space

The staff provided umbrellas when it rained, helpful.

I found the repetitive breakfast to be uninspiring. It was REALLY disappointing considering the price. The cupboard drawers offered inadequate space for clothes during my six-night stay. The tv offered mostly local channels and no English content.
