the location near gora station was convenient for exploring the area.

my room lights had very bright settings and it was not relaxing. the sofa had stains which were quite off-putting. the breakfast buffet lacked vegetarian options and the coffee was bitter.

the condominium a was spacious and well-equipped. the hot spring baths within the grounds provided a relaxing experience (i loved the atmosphere).

late check-in at 3pm and early check-out at 10am felt a bit restrictive. breakfast ended too early at 8.30 am, limiting our sleep-in time.

The hotel felt a bit like a maze. It was quite confusing. the hot pot dinner buffet wasn't great. The quality of ingredients seemed quite cheap. also, the room lighting was harsh. It lacked indirect light and didn't feel very cute!

the library area offered complimentary drinks and snacks it also had massage chairs i enjoyed the footbath area on the terrace. breakfast was really good with a wide choice of japanese and western options it provided a solid meal to start the day.
