SUPERB hotel experience!

fantastic location state-of-the-art gym

The hotel's location is fantastic, near key attractions. The breakfast buffet had AMAZING variety and quality. I appreciated the mineral water provided daily. The state-of-the-art gym had great views.

The swimming pool was fully booked . This made it impossible for me to use it. I wish there were more opportunities to access the pool.

Amazing Stay with Harbor Views

clean room harbor view

The hotel boasts a fantastic view overlooking the harbor I enjoyed a fresh, clean room there. The hotel is next to the port so guests taking a cruise later find it very convenient.

underwhelming stay despite modern design

pool reservation dirty floor

the hotel presents a modern aesthetic and the location is convenient.

i found the pool reservation system frustrating you must book a slot and the actual swim time is significantly less than an hour the height restriction excludes most children so i couldn't even swim with my kids housekeeping also did not clean the floors properly i noticed stains and hairs remained throughout my stay which is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber

Excellent Stay in Yokohama

japanese cuisine excellent cleanliness

The breakfast included many options, from international to japanese cuisine. the staff showed friendliness and attentiveness towards children. the premises had excellent cleanliness. I even observed them cleaning the jacuzzi nearly every day. it was nice to be able to park on site.

i did not find any problems with the hotel .

The room was spacious and well designed. I especially liked the large windows offering city views. The location near shops made exploring convenient. The staff helped with directions to local attractions.

The gym gets crowded sometimes, especially during peak hours.
