free shuttle good first impressions in room onsen good first impressions quick check good first impressions rude staff overworked staff unprofessional receptionist
the hotel gave good first impressions. when I arrived, they offerd a free shuttle from odawara station. check in was QUICK, and the in room onsen was great after a long day.
the staff often seemed OVERWORKED, so they were sometimes rude. also, the receptionist was not very professional. they should get better customer service training.
