I loved the hotel's location on the lake! it was so peaceful and the service was excellent. The hotel was very clean. the onsens were spacious and really well maintained! i especially enjoyed the outdoor onsens situated in a beautiful garden. the dining room provided amazing views and such delicious food, with an amazing variety!

the wi-fi was slow.
