Fantastic Hotel Experience!

The staff was helpful and friendly. I really appreciated the clean and well-kept rooms. The hotel's location provided easy access to both the Ginza and Yamato Lines. It was very convenient for my travel. I found USB slots on each side of the bed very handy.

The rooms are a bit small. I would have liked more clothing storage space.

The hotel provided complimentary water daily in a mini fridge, which I found very convenient. I kept my own beverages cold! The tv screen mirroring worked seamlessly with both android and airplay, a HUGE plus. At check-in, I received a special coin for their gatsa machine. WHAT a good surprise. It contained a lovely gift.

I wish there were recycling bins available. It seemed all waste went into a single receptacle. I think it is something that should BE implemented.

i secured a room upgrade through expedia vip, this included usb slots on each side of the bed. the tea making facilities was very useful. a fridge. the hotel connects to an artisan pizza restaurant, it was so popular and i dined there one night. the meal was amazing.
