charming stay near kielder water
great location accomodating staff excellent food meal service
i found the location great, near the reservoir. the staff seemed very accomodating. they even brought my evening meal forward due to a visit i had planned to the observatory. the food was excellent both for evening meal also breakfast.
the rooms felt a little small. moving around became a small challenge.

the hotel is clean in all areas. i noted the bar, restaurant, and rooms seemed well kept. the dark skies in the area offered great views at night.

cheese souffle spiced parsnip soup friendly staff
the food was amazing!!! i really loved the cheese souffle and spiced parsnip soup. the breakfast was also the best of my holiday. every single person i met was warm and friendly.
the double bed was very small, but it did not affect my sleep.

fantastic stay!!!
friendly staff delicious food cozy room
this place was awesome for my trip! the staff was very friendly and always ready to help with anything i needed. the food was seriously delicious, i had the best meals there. the room was nice and cozy, and the hot shower was AMAZING!!!

mixed feelings about my stay
poor communication long wait
the location was near kielder reservoir.
the staff didnt communicate well. i waited an hour for my food. i had to ask about my order, it was annoying.

noise insulation shower temperature
the staff was polite and helpful.
the noise insulation was non existent , i could hear every conversation and footstep from other rooms. additionally , the shower temperature fluctuated wildly when other guests used water .
