i had a superior double room. the room included two separate sinks. breakfast offered fresh squeezed orange juice and a cooked breakfast.

the bar was a bit noisy until closing time i could hear it from my room

The staff was quite attentive, providing prompt service. The breakfast offered a great selection of food. The location proved convenient (a bus stop to Haslemere station is nearby).

The room was somewhat dark, and the decor was outdated.

Breakfast offered a good choice. Poached eggs were cooked perfectly. I found the food to be of excellent quality. The building displayed fine, original features throughout.

Bar staff needed more training. Their service lacked interaction and smiles.

friendly staff good food needed fridge room cobwebs

the staff were friendly and helpful. the food i ordered from the restaurant was good, and i particularly enjoyed the breakfast i had on the final morning.

my room needed a small fridge. it would have been useful for keeping milk cold, also there were some cobwebs. i noticed them in a few places around the room.

quality produce clean room beautiful building

The breakfast included high quality produce. The room was very clean. The bathroom also impressed me. I found the building beautiful.

I noted one bedroom needed a mirror near the plug. This would simplify hair drying considerably.
