the hotel location next to the river was acceptable.

i booked a comfy riverside room, but breakfast was really a mess. the apple juice had half ice, and the bacon was fatty, really disappointing.

the location is gorgeous, right on the river! i adored how clean and well-equipped the room was (it even had a fridge!). the bathroom felt newly renovated, complete with a big bath and a walk-in shower. i really loved it!

the room we stayed in felt a little 'tired' i must admit. the hardwood floors had only a small, frayed woven rug. the restaurant was also a bit chilly for my liking, and we had to ask to move to another table (but they did it without any issues!).

The location is great and well kept.

I was assured hotel residents get priority for car parking, but this is not true. Breakfast was the worst I have had. I was allowed one main. Table staff were not good as they started clearing the table while we were still eating.

the employees were fantastic!!! maria at reception during check-in was so cute. denisa and her husband at the copa restaurant were also wonderful! i felt so welcomed, it was amazing!!!

The room was very warm, one dyson fan circulating cold air, which wasn't the most comfortable. there was no ev charger on the grounds. They would benefit from it, i think.
