the receptionist was helpful and assisted me with changes to my itinerary.

upon arrival, i noticed there was only half a toilet roll in the bathroom. i requested another one from reception before going out for the evening, but it never arrived (honestly, how difficult is it?). the cooked breakfast was lukewarm, so i skipped it. it was not the best way to start the day.

I found parking quite ample. That helped a lot. the room offered effective blackout curtains. i slept very well as a result. laura, the receptionist, impressed me. she seemed a great ambassador for the hotel brand.

The housekeeping entered my room at 9:15 am when i was undressed. That was a little awkward.

The room was a standard twin. It contained a large tv. the bathroom looked modern with fresh towels and toiletries, and the beds were comfortable. air conditioning ensured a pleasant environment.

The location allowed quick access to major routes. it looked easy to find the hotel with clear signage. ample free parking seemed available. This certainly removed any stress on arrival. a very convenient spot!

i was at the hotel because of my mothers cremation service. the venue is located close to the crematorium. shivi was helpful and on hand throughout the event. the food tasted good and it was served promptly.

our room was very cold. i tried to put heating on, but reception told me an override switch was off. the room needed attention, it was very poor quality. loud music played until 2 in the morning so i had no sleep.
