A Good Stay in the Countryside

good breakfast friendly staff superb breakfast

I found the breakfast to be really good with many choices. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is a real asset for exploring the Test valley. I enjoyed the nearby walks. I appreciated the superb breakfast. The poached eggs were AMAZING!!!

The food wasn't especially noteworthy. The roast pork tasted bland and seemed like it was from a processed joint.

The room included a comfortable bed, ensuring a restful night. There were tea-making facilitieswith fresh milk and a Nespresso machine. An iron and ironing board were also supplied.

my room was spacious and clean. it featured a nespresso coffee machine i also had fresh milk available. the electric car charging point was conveniently close by.

the service felt slow i felt this was unexpected because it was not busy. my food was average at best. it was not inexpensive.

The parking was close to the road. staff were helpful upon arrival. the mattress in the bedroom was superb. I would buy it!

great portions comfortable bed adequate size

The provided dinner had great portions with the food expertly cooked. I found the room to be an adequate size. It had both a lovely bath and shower. A very comfortable bed was provided.

The room was slightly dark, which some people may find UNCOMFORTABLE.

The hotel features a bar area with a good selection of wines. I noticed that the staff were very approachable and friendly and requests were dealt with professionally. A cooked breakfast WAS available and rated highly.
