the staff were cute and efficient. i found the food to be excellent. the room was lovely and the bed was comfortable.
the room was a bit cold and felt somewhat tired. the electric heater could only be turned on when i was in the room, so it took a long while to warm up. (i wish it had been warmer upon arrival!) the bathroom towel rail was lukewarm.

The location was good. It was only a short walk to the town centre.
the radiator in my room did not work initially and the staff seemed unconcerned, i had to fix it myself later that evening, not ideal in december.
