The location was great. I was very close to the city center. The receptionist Natalia greated ME with a welcome drink and friendly approach. She kindly gave ME some information about MY program.

My bedroom had a bad smell of some cleaning product near the bed. i complained about the odour to receptionists, and they gave me a lighthearted apology. My son and I hardly slept that night.

The location was ideal. It was only a short walk to the main square. The hotel provided easy access to bus pick-ups for excursions. The decor had a modern feel. I enjoyed the option to sit outside for a drink.

The housekeeping was unreliable. One day, my room was not cleaned at all. I noticed a strong smell from cleaning products in another room. The reception staff did not offer helpful solutions.
