i discovered the room had home made shortbread and tea and coffee. the breakfast selection had tasty dishes alongside a full english option. the staff were very friendly and helpful to me. i really enjoyed the warm breakfast plate!

i think that limited plug sockets in my room were an issue. parking can be quite hard and limited at the location.

The bed proved very comfortable. Breakfast included tea and toast. My wife enjoyed scrambled eggs on sourdough. A full English breakfast looked wonderful when served to other diners. The staff remained friendly. They were attentive and helpful during my overnight stay.

I found no hand soap in my room upon arrival. the reception addressed this immediately and provided soap.

The breakfast tasted quite good. I guess that is something.

The parking situation proved less than ideal. I found instructions confusing! Then there was also the matter of heat. Only a single, small window actually opened, though the weather was hot. I asked about fans, but the hotel only had a small one with virtually no power.
