adequate stay with some issues
inadequate shower pressuremusty room smell
i found the bathroom needed attention the shower pressure was inadequate washing proved difficult i also noticed a musty smell in the room that was quite persistent it. the breakfast area was understaffed tables were slow to clear and items ran out frequently i had to wait several times for refills this slowed down the start of my day.

the front of house staff were friendly! very comfortable and great value.
the room i was given smelled terrible upon arrival, they moved me but due to the hotel being quite full, the replacement room was much older. it needed a high level of refurbishment. parking was a nightmare as i believed there was parking at the hotel but there wasn't, so i was driving round looking for a spot.

The reception staff was both cute and efficient. The room was super clean and cozy. The hotel's location is great, close to the car ferry and numerous bars and restaurants. Solid breakfast (I liked the pastries).
I believed that parking was available at the hotel, but it wasn't. I ended up driving around to find a spot.

I stayed in a great location close to the main restaurant area. The room was good, and the beds were excellent. I found free parking just outside the building. It's a very useful amenity. I would definitely book here AGAIN.
It was really disturbing. I think this should be addressed.
