i found the staff very friendly at reception. they helped with questions regarding nearby excursions. the hotel bar was a nice spot to unwind each night. the room was spacious and clean with an excellent view.

the rooms have basically 0 soundproofing it was a problem. i could hear everything both from outside and from the hallway. the spa has a lot of wasted potential there is no way you can relax while children scream in the pool.

The location placed me near the gondola and ski shop. It was effortless skiing access! the spa amenities was awesome, especially watching the sunset over the mountains from the pool. It was like a dream.

I encountered noise in the mornings, from guests upstairs and workmen drilling, work had begun early, before 8 am. A heads-up regarding ongoing work would have been considerate.
