i was looking forward to staying here but was upgraded to a double room i had to go up numerous stairs the stairs and rooms seemed old the bathroom was small and tight with a shower over the bath it was not easy to get into the bath to shower i found it not very disabled friendly

the staff was helpful and friendly, even showing me the bike storage area with charging sockets. the scottish breakfast was AMAZING!!! it offered a huge choice of items, including hot dishes cooked to order. i found walking and cycling route suggestions provided daily very helpful.
the staircase to my room was a bit narrow, but manageable.

i noticed quite a few stairs. i think there are some ground floor rooms, but the stairs could be an issue for some guests.
