the staff was friendly and happy to meet our needs. they switched our room to the ground floor for health reasons. the room was warm and comfortable

i found the staff to be cute. the room décor was very tasteful. the provided toiletries were a lovely touch, of good quality. ample parking space was available, easing my arrival.

the corridor had a slight musty smell, but it wasn't too strong.

Breakfast included delicious pancakes with fresh fruit and cream. the cooked breakfast was vegetarian. I found this unexpectedly good. my husband enjoyed the porridge and cereal with strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. It was amazing!!!

The staff were friendly and helpful .

The room decor was quite dated and tired. I found a stain on the carpet near the bed. It really detracted from the overall cleanliness, and the vegetarian-only menu was not clearly advertised when I booked. This limited my dining options considerably.
