Really good stay in a central location

helpful staff central location efficient check-in

the staff were friendly and helpful the location is excellent it offers easy access to many attractions the room was spacious and well-appointed i particularly appreciated the open patio with a nice view i had on the fifth floor. breakfast each morning provided delicious choices and attentive service staff at all levels displayed professionalism and helpfulness the check-in process was very efficient and cute. i was shown to my room and its features.

the gastropub adjacent to the lobby sometimes created a slight leftover food smell in the lobby though my fifth-floor room was unaffected guests on lower floors might notice it more i do not know for sure.

breakfast offered many tasty options each morning the staff provided excellent service and attention to detail i especially enjoyed the variety and quality of the breakfast selection it was very nice.

my room was large and well-appointed it included an open patio with a great view i had everything needed for a comfortable stay i found the room clean the bed comfortable it was great.

the hotel had a very efficient check-in process the lobby was nicely maintained i noticed the hotel is located on a busy street the hotel is close to the main attractions this makes getting around easier.

rooftop terrace helpful staff dark room room mismatch

the hotel's rooftop terrace at the sister hotel was a great benefit. i found the staff very helpful, which really added to my experience.

The room i booked online did not match what i received at check-in. i ended up in a small, very dark room. It did not feel like an upgrade.

Really good Hotel Experience

spacious room fabulous staff great location

The breakfast service is very good, and i loved having it al fresco. the staff provided fabulous service. They were friendly and efficient. the building itself is lovely. It houses spacious rooms. its location is excellent for sightseeing.

The main issue was the noise. The glazing was totally inadequate, this made sleep very difficult. the hotel was located on a very busy street.

delicious breakfast convenient location noisy street dim lighting

The location was really convenient for exploring. The included breakfast was delicious, and I liked the fresh fruit selection.

The street outside was quite noisy at night, so sleep was a bit challenging. The lighting in the room was somewhat dim. It was difficult to read in the evenings.

helpful staff good amenities central location

the staff were amazing and helpful with everything i needed. my room had good amenities including tea and coffee facilities i also appreciated the daily cleaning service. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city on foot.

the street outside was a bit busy sometimes, so i did hear some noise occasionally.
