Excellent Boutique Hotel Experience

The check-in process was quick and easy thanks to the cute staff. The hotel features a lovely library with various novels and motivational books near the entrance. Common areas remained spotlessly clean . The breakfast included eggs, toast, cereal, and turkey bacon.

Cleaners knocked on my door at 10:30 despite the don't disturb sign? and my checkout was 30 minutes away.

The hotel offers excellent links into the city. Buses run regularly. The underground station is also conveniently close. Central London is accessible in about 45 minutes.

My single bedroom was cozy and equipped with a heater, and it worked perfectly. The decor features a modern touch, I noticed a rainfall shower head too. A television and tea and coffee making facilities were also available.

The early check-in was smooth, the staff are so friendly and helpful. the room was super clean. It had really good detail. it seemed like a true retreat, the reading material related to george orwell was quirky!

marble floors are great but i felt underfloor heating should be available, the floors were cold. basic needs like a bin and a mirror were missing in the room. the tea-making facilities were not good since spoons were missing.

the staff was helpful with my allergy. yusef kindly organized my breakfast ensuring a complete meal. the hotel features interesting areas with a george orwell library tribute at reception. the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

soundproofing in the rooms was not very good as i could hear people stomping above me. the shower design was flawed and the drain gap caused some flooding. the safe only accepted a 3-digit code which wasn't practical.
