The early check-in was smooth, the staff are so friendly and helpful. the room was super clean. It had really good detail. it reminded me of a true retreat, the reading material related to george orwell was quirky!

marble floors are great but i felt underfloor heating should be available, the floors were cold. basic needs like a bin and a mirror were missing in the room. the tea-making facilities were not good since spoons were missing.

convenient and comfortable stay

the staff was helpful with my allergy. yusef kindly organized my breakfast ensuring a complete meal. the hotel features interesting areas with a george orwell library tribute at reception. the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

soundproofing in the rooms was not very good as i could hear people stomping above me. the shower design was flawed and the drain gap caused some flooding. the safe only accepted a 3-digit code which wasn't practical.
